What is La Paisa Bonita Coffee?

La Paisa Bonita Coffee is a veteran-owned and operated, premium small-batch coffee bean company. We work with specific farms across the globe to bring you the best and highest quality beans for your buck. We also offer many collaborations with musicians and influencers that support our vision for the world.

 

What is the 3 C's?

Coffee, Culture, Change. Our vision is to provide a safe space for everyone to come and share a great cup of coffee together. We will provide you with the first C, Coffee and some of our Culture, while encouraging you and everyone to share theirs with us. We want to know about your culture. The third C is Change. We will always strive to make a change in the world for the better. We are constantly donating to local LGBTQIA nonprofits or pediatric cancer foundations. If we all take the time to try to make a change, imagine what we could do. If you don't know how to make a change, MJ said it best, "I'm looking at the person in the mirror, asking them to make a change." Sometimes, making a small change within yourself can help begin the process to change the world. 

 

Do you really donate a portion of your profits to nonprofit organizations?

Absolutely! With EVERY order, you are brewing a cure for cancer, one cup at a time, because every single bag that is sold gives a percentage of its profits to help battle cancer and promote children's cancer awareness. Children are our future and we must do EVERYTHING we can to keep them safe and healthy! We also donate to other nonprofits as well. We once again, want to change the world.

 

When should I expect my order?

Once your order has been processed and payment has been received, your coffee will be roasted and shipped within the next 3-5 business days. While this may seem like a long time, we roast to order in small batches and this guarantees that your coffee is always the freshest. Please allow 3-5 business days for coffee to arrive via USPS thereafter.

 

Can I make a return?

At this time, refunds or returns cannot be given out. HOWEVER, at La Paisa Bonita Coffee, it is our mission to treat every customer with the respect their deserve, so please contact us and we will work out a solution to your problem, whether it may be an exchange or another option. Your voice is always heard here and your satisfaction is our #1 priority, other than coffee.

 
What if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with your local USPS if you believe your package has been lost or stolen. Please note that USPS is experiencing some delays and your package might be in transit still. If you think your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, make sure to email us at lapaisabonitacoffee@gmail.com to look further into this. 

 

My tracking says 'Delivered' but I never got my item/s. What can be done?

Sometimes shipping carriers may mark your order as delivered before the package arrives to you. In this case, please allow at least 24-48 hours to see if your package shows up. If you still do not have your items, please reach out to our customer service team at lapaisabonitacoffee@gmail.com to help resolve this issue immediately. Please note, refunds will NOT be issued on packages that have already been processed.
